Privacy Policy
Effective Date: March 23, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Ready Tensor, Inc., doing business as Clyep ("Clyep," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information through www.clyep.io and related Clyep-branded communications, proposals, order forms, and services (collectively, the "Services").
This Policy applies to Clyep only. It does not apply to third-party websites or services, including readytensor.ai, unless they expressly link to or incorporate this Policy.
This Privacy Policy is incorporated into our Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the Terms of Service.
Our role. For privacy laws that distinguish between a controller/business and a processor/service provider, Ready Tensor, Inc. is the controller/business for personal information covered by this Policy, except when we process personal information included in Client Materials on a customer's behalf for a Project. In that case, we act as that customer's processor/service provider.
By using the website or the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or the Services.
