Most video production is a one-way door: once it's done, any change means starting over. We built Clyep differently. Every project is delivered as a modular, scene-by-scene asset structure — so when something changes, we update the specific parts that changed and re-produce only those.
A terminology change, a new UI screenshot, a revised code example — these are minor updates, not full productions. Even a significant structural change to a 3-minute demo costs a fraction of rebuilding from scratch.
Retainer clients: updates to previously delivered videos are included in the monthly scope.
A few lines of narration changed, a screenshot swapped, or a terminology update. We re-produce only the affected scenes.

What affects the final price?
Length, technical complexity, number of scene types (code, UI, diagrams), and turnaround requirements. We scope every project before quoting so there are no surprises.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The quoted price covers scripting, visual design, narration, production, and delivery. Revisions within the included rounds are part of the price. Anything beyond scope is quoted separately before work begins.
How many revisions are included?
2 rounds for Feature Explainers. 3 rounds for Product Demos and Content Series. Retainer clients get revisions built into every video. Additional rounds can be scoped if needed.
What's the typical turnaround?
Feature Explainers: 5–7 business days. Product Demos: 7–10 business days. Content Series: 2–3 weeks. Retainer clients get priority turnaround.
How much do updates cost?
When your product changes, we update only the parts that changed. Update cost depends on scope: minor changes run 10–20% of the original price, moderate changes 30–50%, and major reworks 60–80%. Retainer clients get updates included.
Do you offer discounts for multiple videos?
Yes. Content Series pricing reflects volume savings over individual Feature Explainers. Monthly Retainer clients get the best per-video rate plus included updates. Contact us for a custom quote on larger engagements.
What payment terms do you offer?
50% deposit to begin production, 50% on delivery. Retainer clients are invoiced monthly. We accept bank transfer and all major credit cards.
Can I start small and upgrade later?
Absolutely. Many clients start with a single Feature Explainer to see the quality firsthand, then move to Product Demos or a Retainer. There is no commitment beyond the current project.
